Refund and payment policy
Clear terms, so you know exactly what to expect before you pay.
Payment terms
- Payment is by bank transfer to Bizloom's company account. We email you the bank details and your course fee after you enrol. Bank details are never published on this website.
- Pay within 3 days of our email to hold your seat.
- Pay 50% of the fee to start. The remaining 50% is due at the halfway point of the course. Sessions pause until the second payment is received.
- Pay the full fee upfront and get 5% off.
- We email a receipt for every payment.
Money-back guarantee
- Attend your first live session. If the course is not right for you, tell us within 48 hours of that session and we refund your payment in full. No reason is needed.
- Refunds are paid to your bank account within 7 working days of your request.
- After your 2nd live session, the first 50% payment is non-refundable, because the course is under way.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@bizloom.pk or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of your first live session, with your name and course.
